The Fall River Village to MacDonald Sports Park Connector is a non-motorized trail that links residential neighborhoods in Fall River directly to the recreational amenities of MacDonald Sports Park. Completed with the support of SWEPS, HRM, and local community groups, this scenic multi-use path enhances walkability, encourages healthy outdoor activity, and supports SWEPS’s long-term vision for an accessible, environmentally conscious trail network throughout the Shubenacadie Watershed. As a key link in the Riverlake Greenway, the trail invites walkers and cyclists to explore nature while connecting safely between community hubs.
