The Aerotech to Holland Road Connector is a planned 5-kilometer active transportation trail designed to link the Aerotech Business Park near Halifax Stanfield International Airport to the Holland Road area in Wellington. Integrated alongside the new Aerotech Connector Road, this non-motorized trail will provide pedestrians and cyclists with a safe and efficient route, enhancing connectivity between residential communities and employment hubs. The project includes modern roundabouts at key intersections and is designed to minimize environmental impact by avoiding sensitive areas such as wetlands. Upon completion, this trail will serve as a vital link in the regional active transportation network, promoting sustainable commuting options and fostering community engagement.
